St. Paul Women of the ELCA

The Purpose of the Organization:

As a community of women created in the image of God, called to discipleship in Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to grow in fath, affirm our gifts, support one another in our callings, engage in mionistry and action, and promote healing and wholeness in the church, the society and the world.

Activities of the St Paul W/ELCA:

     -visiting and worshiping with the Nursing Home residents

     -gathering on the second Tuesday of each month for Bible Study, meeting and fellowship.  Gather magazine is the resource for Bible Study.

     -creating and distributing over 200 blankets, quilts, and layettes

     -gathering fabric sewing kits and notions for use at Rocky Boy Reservation

     -celebrating 3rd grade Bible presentation and recognizing graduating seniors

     -celebrating Christmas with Nursing Home residents

     -advertising the resource, boldcafe.org to our youn church women

     -serving lunches following funerals

     -praying for all who hunger in any way, that they may be nourished by our loving God

All are welcome to join us as we quilt during winter months on Monday and Tuesday afternoons.  Join us on the second Tuesday of the month for Bible Study, meeting and a delicious lunch.  Stir the spirit within!  Go to www.boldcafe.org
